Bookkeeping services are provided on a Flat Rate basis for the first 12 months, then businesses will be re-evaluated on whether or not that rate is reasonable for the work being done. A new Flat Rate may be re-negotiated at that time.
Any businesses with over $150,000 in revenue will need to be evaluated for initial services.
Businesses looking to grow or have a steady flow of invoicing, will be setup with a monthly subscribed cloud software. Those who just need the bookkeeping done for tax services will be provided digital copies from our desktop software.
*Bookkeeping clients will receive copies of statements as well as a written summary highlighting changes or items of interest *

Monthly Reconciliations: $350.00

Rental Add-on: $50.00 - You must provide amounts, please see DIY Templates
Medical Add-on: Free - Medical claims are free, however we will not be accepting stacks of receipts or prescriptions. Services such as Pharmacies, Chiropractors, Dentists, etc. will provide an annual print out of your services which also shows if any amounts were covered by insurance. Please provide those.

These are designed for basic tax returns. You have your T4, an RRSP slip, maybe some union dues. Or you are providing financials for a business or rental.
We are not charging per slip, it isn’t an issue to have multiple pensions, T4s, T5s, etc. Non-filing children are not subject to an add-on fee. Info will need to be provided in order to file for benefits.
Rates are based on clients being up front and readily providing the information needed to complete their returns in a timely manner.
We operate remotely and primarily use email correspondence. Password protected documents are used for transmitting private information and secure options such as TaxFolder for clients to supply documentation.
All clients must fill out an intake form and have signed their authorization form and engagement package prior to any tax prep work taking place.
DIY Templates
These templates are provided for free to make it easier for clients to provide all the information they need in one easy document. You will need to use Excel to fill them out, these are not designed to be printed. We recommend saving them to your computer. You should save a Blank Template and then Save a Copy when you have filled it out, under your name and the tax year.
